“Mindful drawing” with Monika
Mindful drawing is like an active meditation where you draw inspired by the feelings related to the subject. You become the subject. For instance, focusing the mind on the flying movement of a bird or the smell of flowers.
It is essential to focus on the process rather than the result. There is no right or wrong and no judgement, only you and the energy going through you with your drawing.
You will have examples and step by step guide and illustrations to create some lovely drawing inspired by nature. Monika has used brush pens in her drawing but feel free to use any other medium to express yourself.
