The Moving Minds programme involves creative dance and movement sessions which will help you move more freely, rhythmically and expressively – perfect for beginners and improvers!

Sessions are led by Inside Out Community Dance Facilitator, Sam Moss at DanceEast, with time for tea and a chat.
